Start the snowshoe/x-country season with a trip to the Tennessee Cookhouse. Meet at the Ski Cooper Nordic Center at 11:15 for a one-mile snowshoe or ski through the woods to a remote mountain setting for a choice of sumptuous lunches for $20.
